BASEBALL FOREVER Baseball Tournaments, as long as they do not conflict with regular games.

** NOTE - Baseball Forever allows USSSA 1.15  2 3/4" Bats during tournaments

     Team Requirements:
** Teams are to check in to Tournament Director at least one (1) hour prior to first game
    time
- Team Roster : 2 Copies  (Printed from Baseball Forever Site)
- Copy of Player Birth Certificates
- Copy of Player Waivers (See above)
- Insurance (Uptown League Insurance : LINK)  or  Your Own Team Insurance
