SPRING REGISTRATION 2021

Welcome to UPTOWN LB Youth Baseball

Thank you for choosing UPTOWN as your home league for the upcoming 2021 Spring Baseball Season.
Before registering, please keep in mind that EVERYONE PLAYS and
all registered players will be placed on a team.

REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE THIS FRIDAY, MARCH 12TH! PLEASE REGISTER ONLINE, THERE WILL BE NO WALKUP REGISTRATION AT PLAYER EVALUATIONS THIS YEAR.

Please read following information before getting started:

Total Registration Costs
MAJORS/AAA - $250
AA/FARM - $200
Tee - BALL - $180

If you have already registered and paid a deposit, you do not need to register again. Your balance will be adjusted to reflect full registration costs minus the deposit. Please pay online or at player evaluations.

REGISTRATION COVERS:
- League Fees  = Jersey, hat, insurance, city fees, & umpire fees.
    - Snack Shack/Volunteer Deposit ** NO DEPOSIT FOR 2021 SEASON
- Raffle Deposit ** See below

PLAYING DIVISIONS
Spring Baseball players are placed in playing divisions according to the 2021 Playing Age Chart.
NOTE - Uptown LBYB currently does not contain a Recreational Juniors Division (13-15 year old)

* The League reserves the right to place any player into the playing division that meets their playing ability *

SATURDAY MARCH 13TH & SUNDAY MARCH 14TH
TIME PER DIVISION TBD
ALL PLAYER EVALUATIONS WILL BE HELD AT CHERRY PARK

PAYMENT

2021 SPRING FEE BREAKDOWN:

$125 MEMBERSHIP FEE - THIS FEE WILL HELP COVER LEAGUE FEES OF LEAGUE CHARTER, INSURANCE, CITY FEES, FIELD MAINTENANCE AND EQUIPMENT UPKEEP. (NON REFUNDABLE AFTER MARCH 14TH)

BALANCE OF REMAINING FEES - WILL BE DUE ONCE WE ARE GIVEN OK TO PLAY "COMPETITIVE" GAMES.

2020 CREDIT

The following "credits" were offered following last years cancellation of spring 2020 season.

6U/Tee ball - $40

Softball 8U-14U - $60

Baseball Farm – Majors - $100

If you have not received your credit already or applied it to Fall 2020 season, this will be last opportunity to use it. The credit will expire when spring 2021 registration closes March 14th. When checking out, simply use "pay by check" and it will not charge you anything. We will adjust balance and remaining fees will be due by Player Evaluations.

SNACK SHACK/VOLUNTEER REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

THERE WILL BE NO "SNACK SHACK DEPOSIT" FOR 2021 SPRING SEASON.
WE WILL NOT BE CHARGING FAMILIES WITHOUT KNOWING IF WE WILL BE ALLOWED TO FULLY OPERATE IT.

FUNDRAISER/RAFFLE TICKET DEPOSIT

$60 AND WILL BE COVERED WITH REGISTRATION

LATE REGISTRATION

NO LATE REGISTRATION THIS SEASON. REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE MARCH 14TH.

REFUND POLICY

The last day to request a refund will be the DAY PRIOR to evaluations.
All requests must be made in writing to the Treasurer or President.
Refunds will only be considered for injured players, whose baseball playing ability is affected.
If eligible, refunds will be issued "less" online transaction fees.
It is the League’s prerogative to keep any portion or all of a registration fee if a player opts out of the season
after the player has been placed on a team.

TEAMMATE/COACH REQUEST

Teammate/Coach requests are allowed only in Tee-Ball for Spring Season, when available.
