Thank you for choosing UPTOWN as your home league for the upcoming 2024 Spring Baseball Season.

Please read following information before getting started:

Total Registration Costs
MAJORS/AAA - $335
AA - $310
FARM - $285
Tee - BALL - $180

REGISTRATION COVERS:
- League Fees  = Jersey, hat, insurance, city fees, & umpire fees
    - Snack Shack/Volunteer Deposit = $80 REFUNDABLE AFTER WORKING TWO 2-HOUR SHIFTS
- Raffle Deposit = RECEIVE $60 BACK WHEN SELLING RAFFLE TICKETS(not applicable for Fall Ball)

CAN RECEIVE BACK UP TO $140 IF WORKING SNACK SHACK AND SELLING ALL RAFFLE TICKETS

PLAYING DIVISIONS
Spring Baseball players are recommended to be placed in playing divisions according to
the 2023 Playing Age Chart.
NOTE - Uptown LBYB currently does not contain a Recreational Juniors Division (13-15 year old)
* The League reserves the right to place any player into the playing division that meets their playing ability *

PLAYER EVALUATIONS & TRYOUTS

CHERRY PARK FIELD 1

FARM 6/7 YEAR OLD - 9AM - 10AM

AA 7/8 YEAR OLD - 10AM - 11AM

AAA 9/10 YEAR OLD - 11AM -12PM

MAJORS 11/12 YEAR OLD - 12PM - 1PM

Player Evaluations will be mandatory for all players in Farm - Majors

OPENING DAY

SNACK SHACK/VOLUNTEER REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

$80 - Collected through registration process.
Will be refunded

FUNDRAISER/RAFFLE TICKET DEPOSIT

$60 - Collected through the registration process.
Receive your money back by selling the raffle tickets issued to your player.

LATE REGISTRATION

NO LATE REGISTRATION THIS SEASON. REGISTRATION CLOSE TBD

REFUND POLICY

The last day to request a refund will be the DAY PRIOR to evaluations.
All requests must be made in writing to the Treasurer or President.
Refunds will only be considered for injured players, whose baseball playing ability is affected.
If eligible, refunds will be issued "less" online transaction fees.
It is the League’s prerogative to keep any portion or all of a registration fee if a player opts out of the season
after the player has been placed on a team.

TEAMMATE/COACH REQUEST

Teammate/Coach requests are allowed only in Tee-Ball for Spring Season, when available.
